Digital Subscriptions

Digital subscriptions are offered in the form of a trial period for the customer to evaluate. Once the trial period is complete, the customer has approved a charge to their card which is non-refundable. The account will remain active until the customer cancels. Acceptable forms of cancellation are: email to support@iambuilders.com requesting cancellation, cancelling using the My Account link found inside of the Member’s profile. Unacceptable forms of cancellation include: phone call, text message, or third party messaging. All cancellations must be performed via email to support@iambuilders.com or through the My Account link provided to the member. In addition, leaving the Skool community does not cancel the subscription. The billing is hosted through Stripe and the member also has access to coaching calls that are outside of the Skool community. Upon exiting the community, the member is shown how to correctly cancel a subscription. If they do not cancel as stated above, the account is still considered active. Regarding usage and access, the member is paying for access to the platform whether they log in or not. This is why a trial period is given prior to charging so that the customer can evaluate if they want to stay. It is the responsibility of the customer to log in, create their password correctly, to create a single account and not multiple accounts accidentally. If the customer does not log into the platform for any reason, the account is still active until cancelled. If the member needs assistance to log in, immediate support is offered at support@iambuilders.com. Regarding a product not as described or non-acceptable, the customer is given a trial period to evaluate to decide if to continue.

Upsells and One-Click Purchases/Subscriptions

In the event the customer is provided option to add a product or service or additional subscription to their order, they can click to add instantly add the product or service to their order. In the event of an error, or if the customer accidentially clicked the button to add to their order, the customer must send an email to support@iambuilders.com within 24 hours notifying us of the mistake. After 24 hours, I AM Builders reserves the right to deny a refund or at a minimum cover any costs incurred from credit card processing fees, administrative costs, or any other costs. If the customer purchases a consulting package or membership of some sort, whether utilized or not, there will be no refunds issued. If the customer accidentally purchased a consulting package in an upsell page, the customer has 24 hours to notify I AM Builders in writing to support@iambuilders.com of the error.

Leads Estimating Services and Subscription-based Service

The following are terms and conditions that apply to all of I AM Builders LLC products and services. I AM Builders L.L.C. agrees to produce a digital “estimate” document with the work description set forth in the Invoice sent via email.
The quantities, numbers, scope, or any other information contained in the estimate document will have been compiled to the best of our knowledge. By utilizing or deriving any of the information contained in the final “estimate” document described above, you accept the information and quantities as accurate and waive any rights to any claims for errors in information. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate drawings and scope of work. I AM Builders L.L.C. does not warranty any of the information contained in the “estimate” document. I AM Builders L.L.C. utilizes National Construction Estimator by Craftsman Book Company for obtaining local labor and material pricing. I AM Builders L.L.C. is not responsible for variations in pricing between estimated database costs and final pricing. By hiring I AM Builders L.L.C. to produce the estimate you agree this estimate to be a guideline that is intended to be for informational purposes only. Our pricing and quantities are not professional recommendations rather strictly to be used as a guideline and resource to complete the pricing. Labor and material pricing varies by region, vendor, supplier, contractor, and installer, and is compiled based on a construction cost database that is updated periodically and is subject to change without notice. Labor rates adjusted manually will be per client’s approved hourly rate.

Estimated delivery of “estimate” is usually 9 business days after date of payment unless otherwise noted. Delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed by the delivery window, nor is guaranteed by a customer’s bid or required date unless an expedite fee or guaranteed-by fee is included. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding all Holidays. In the event that an estimate is cancelled after payment and prior to delivery, I AM Builders L.L.C. will review and make a determination of the amount of the refund if any, and will take into consideration costs incurred including labor costs, transaction fees, and other costs to determine any refunds. The minimum cancellation fee is 25% even if no work has been performed on the estimate. However, once payment is made, I AM Builders L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse refunds and may issue a credit to be used for the next estimate(s).

A standard estimate consists of a spreadsheet with costs of labor, materials, subcontractor markup, contingency, supervision, equipment, construction costs. If providing a material list; Material lists provided are basic material list which include preliminary quantities not necessarily including accessories, connectors, screws, and other miscellaneous items required for installation. These additional accessories are not included. Any revisions to estimates different than our our standard delivery is considered additional work and may incur additional fees. I AM Builders L.L.C. is not required to perform any revisions once the delivery is made. Revisions are not considered part of the original product or service provided therefore are not required unless additional fees are collected.

I AM Builders L.L.C. reserves the right to use any media of any format, company name, project name, individual name, testimonial, estimate, documentation, PDFs, drawings, images, client logos, or any other information for marketing purposes unless a written agreement in the form of a Non-Disclosure Agreement has been provided by I AM Builders L.L.C. or “client”. If any information is sensitive or is preferred to remain confidential, it is the responsibility of the client to notify us in writing so we may produce the proper Non-Disclosure Agreement to be signed by both parties.
