House 57

I AM Builders managed the field operations for House 57 in Coral Gables for Camcon Group. It is a 5-story student luxury housing located across the street from the University of Miami.

University of Miami: Admissions Center

The New Admissions Center for the University of Miami which included student common areas, and admissons staff private offices. I AM Builders managed this project for Camcon Group and work directly with the department of Architecture and Construction for the school.

Quirch Foods/Bacardi

Within the iconic Bacardi Building in Coral Gables, I AM Builders managed field operations for the 11th and 12th floor which included a major upgrade to the common areas for Bacardi, as well as a new 15,000 SF Quirch Foods Buildout.
